2027 Plant Sale & Expo Vendor Agreement

The Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County (hereinafter called MGVOCC) invite you to register for its annual Plant Sale and Expo to be held the third Friday and Saturday of April. The Plant Sale and Expo is in the Jim R. Miller Park Covered Arena, located at 2245 Callaway Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30008.

Proceeds from the Plant Sale and Expo benefit the horticultural projects, educational programs, and scholarships supported by MGVOCC.

Prospective vendors, please note that shoppers for this event are looking primarily for garden and garden-related items.

Thursday, April 15, 8:30 AM – 5 PM OR Friday, April 16, 6 – 8 AM (limited to availability)

Thursday & Friday, Jim R. Miller Park gates are locked at 7 pm for overnight and site security.

Saturday, April 17, 4 – 6 PM

Friday and Saturday,  10 am – 4 pm
Thursday and Friday, Jim R Miller Park gates are closed and locked at 7pm by the on site night security officer.

Early Bird Rate – September through December

  • 10’ x 10’ booth is $100
  • 16’ x 16’ booth is $150

After December 31st

  • 10’ x 10’ booth is $125
  • 16’ x 16’ booth is $175

Booth space in the covered arena is limited, and it is recommended to register before the end of the year. Vendors who register before January 1, 2027, will be listed on our Plant Sale Events page.

Cancellations before February 1, 2027: 100% refund
Cancellations before March 1, 2027: 50% refund

AFTER MARCH 1, 2027, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

Cancellation Policy: Paid vendors are entitled to a FULL refund if the agreement is canceled on or before February 1, 2027. Paid vendors are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the fees and any fee charged for electrical hookups if canceled on or before March 1, 2027. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR VENDORS CANCELING AFTER MARCH 1, 2027.

Payments will be processed and deposited as received. If for some reason you are not accepted into the expo, you will be notified within 7 days and your fee will be refunded.
